By accessing or using DTNWORLD, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Nature & Role

DTNWORLD is a technology platform and intermediary that enables users to create, record, share, and manage information.

DTNWORLD:

Does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

Does not guarantee outcomes, enforcement, success, recovery, growth, or resolutions

Does not verify the accuracy or legality of user-generated content

Users are solely responsible for their actions and content.

3. User Accounts

One account may include multiple Service Profiles

Users are responsible for maintaining account security

Sub-Users act on behalf of the account owner, who remains responsible for their actions

DTNWORLD is designed with age-based access controls to promote safe and responsible use under parental or guardian supervision.

4. Service Deactivation

Users may deactivate My World

Core account data and records remain retained

Full account deletion is not available at this time

5. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

Post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content

Impersonate others

Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

Use DTNWORLD for fraud or illegal activities

DTNWORLD may restrict or suspend access for violations.

6. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their content.

By posting content, users grant DTNWORLD a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate such content within the platform.

DTNWORLD may remove or restrict content that violates policies, laws, or safety standards.

7. Service-Specific Disclaimers

a) Trees

Tree-related records are informational and community-driven.

DTNWORLD does not guarantee survival, growth, environmental impact, or carbon credit eligibility. Carbon credits require independent certification.

b) Deed

Deeds are structured digital records only.

DTNWORLD does not claim Deeds as legal documents, contracts, or guarantees. Legal validity depends on applicable laws.

c) Care & Missing

DTNWORLD facilitates reporting and tracking only.

It does not guarantee recovery, resolution, or outcomes.

d) MAW (My Actions World)

MAW is a community initiative platform and not an authority or enforcement body.

e) Finance

DTNWORLD is not a financial intermediary. All financial interactions occur at users’ own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All DTNWORLD branding, software, and design elements are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

DTNWORLD is not responsible for the content, practices, or services of third-party websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTNWORLD shall not be liable for:

Disputes between users

Decisions made based on platform content

Losses arising from service interruptions beyond reasonable control

11. Governing Law

Applicable laws apply based on user jurisdiction.

For users located in India, Indian law shall apply.
